Technical Consultant
OPPORTUNITIES
This is a full time and permanent position which requires the individual to be actively involved in technical training and technical consulting. The ideal candidate would be driving technical (ATG), eCommercefunctional training programs for new hires and would also be responsible for managing creation of sales prototypes. The candidate should have an understanding and analyzing of technical training requirements.She/he would be responsible for design and delivery of training programs, drive and measure the training effectiveness and should ensure quality, consistency and accuracy of training programs as per the training requirements.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate should be able to set goals to self and team. She/he should be able to understand the focus, views and goals of the company and should possess excellent communication skills- verbal and written. They should have the flexibility to lead teams involved in building e-commerce prototypes, when they are not driving training. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with US counterparts/clients during requirement gathering and the corresponding phases that follow. This position also requires frequent interaction with the onsite sales team and VP of Sales. She/he should be fast learner, growth oriented and excellent in team training, leading and guiding a team
SKILLS DESIRED
- 4+ years in technical training preferably from a Java/J2EE Background
- Open to travelling to US for ATG trainings.
- Experience in effective training models and creating training materials.
- Should have good Project Management Skills for driving sales prototypes.
- Should be ready to work on flexible timings to interact with onsite teams, mostly US through audio/video conference.
(Please note, this is not a night shift)
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality and strong presentation skills.
